If an airline cancels a flight, you're entitled to a full refund regardless of your fare type, or rebooking on a different flight at no extra charge.
Passenger-Initiated Cancellations
Timeline: 5-7 business days after airline approval
For refundable fares cancelled within the airline's deadline, the airline processes your refund after we submit the cancellation request.
Our Processing
We process your cancellation request within 24 hours. Any delays are due to airline processing times, not our system.
5. Refund Deductions
Non-Refundable Fees: The following may be deducted from refunds:
- Airline administration fees
- Credit card processing fees (if applicable)
- Currency conversion fees (if applicable)
- Our service fees (if non-refundable fare)
